About ME

I have had a varied career, from appearing as a Bond girl in "A View to a Kill", to owning and running restaurants in both Spain and London, but I feel that in discovering the power and beauty of holistic treatments, I have found a vocation that I enjoy, and is so rewarding in the hands on  helping of others.

I have always had an interest in holistic medicines and treatments and believe that our bodies can have the ability for self healing.

 I trained as a Reflexologist at Regent's Park University under the expert and renowned teacher Louis Keet.  We studied Anatomy and Physiology, and pathologies of the body, all with the aim of having a greater understanding of client's needs and how best to serve them through reflexology treatments. In addition I took an Advanced Hand Reflexology course.

I then studied Facial Reflexology with Ziggie Bergman, again at the London School of Reflexology in Regents Park, a deeply relaxing method with great results.  I followed this by learning Zone Face Lift, an extraordinary treatment that combines Facial Reflexology, Gua Sha and facialist skills, resulting in an incredibly soothing experience, that feels as much like a spiritual ritual as it does a facial treament.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and I am a fully insured practitioner.  

I love to see clients looking and feeling wonderful after a treatment; it is ultimately the greatest reward and gives purpose to what I do.
